- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. During Sale periods please note processing delays may apply, we do our very best to make sure this doesn’t happen however this can be out of our control.

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. The available shipping methods and their associated costs will be presented to you during the checkout process. We also offer Click & Collect at our Warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

- The estimated delivery time is dependent on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times, unforeseen delays, and peak shipping periods. 4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website. If you do not receive an email with your shipping confirmation within 5 business days, please email us at help@sluglounger.com

- We offer international shipping to selected countries (Australia Post’s delivery network). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred. Please be aware of your country's import regulations before placing an order.
